SS Service Strategy 3 or 4 days (3 points)
SD Service Design 3 or 4 days (3 points)
ST Service Transition 3 or 4 days (3 points)
SO Service Operations 3 or 4 days (3 points)
CSI Continual Service Improvement 3 or 4 days (3 points)
SOA Service Offering and Agreements 4 or 5 days (4 points)
OSA Operational Support and Analysis 4 or 5 days (4 points)
RCV Release, Control and Validation 4 or 5 days (4 points)
PPO Planning, Protection and Optimization 4 or 5 days (4 points)
MALC Managing Across the Lifecycle 5 Days
The ITIL certification process is based on a point system. It starts with ITIL Foundation which is worth 2 points. There are no prerequisites for this course. Once you have passed the ITIL Foundation Exam you can move forward with either Lifecycle or Capability Modules. You receive 3 points for each exam in Lifecycle path, or 4 points from Capability Path. Once you have a total of 17 points you may take the Managing Across the Lifecycle course. Upon passing that exam you are and ITIL Expert.
